Shopping with Wintergoods
These terms apply to purchases from Wintergoods at wintergoods.ca. Contact: support@wintergoods.ca. Please read the product description, cover dimensions, pack selection, delivery information and Refund and Returns Policy before ordering. Applicable consumer protection rights take priority over any conflicting term.
Product and intended use
The Magnetic Windshield Cover is a removable physical barrier for the windshield area it covers on a parked vehicle. It does not melt existing ice, guarantee an ice-free vehicle or replace clearing snow and ice. Remove the cover before driving and check visibility. Compare the published dimensions with each vehicle; vehicle type alone does not guarantee fit. Reference videos and illustrative comparisons may show a different vehicle or cover model and are identified as such.
Prices, packs and shipping
Prices are in Canadian dollars. A 1-cover pack costs C$34.90, a 2-cover kit C$59.90 and a 3-cover kit C$79.90 unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. One unit of a kit means the number of covers stated in that kit. The 3-cover kit includes standard delivery within Canada; delivery charges for 1- and 2-cover packs are displayed before you place the order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Review the complete total and correct any errors before placing your order. Any promotion-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Orders and payment
Use accurate contact and delivery details. Payment is processed through the payment options offered at checkout. We will send an order confirmation to the email address supplied. If an item is unavailable, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for items we cannot supply. We will not impose a price increase or substitute a different product without your agreement.
Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by an overseas supply partner and may ship from China. The current estimate is 1–3 days for processing plus 7–15 days in transit. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking will be provided when available. Contact us about a late, missing or damaged parcel. Carrier or supplier investigation periods do not remove any legal cancellation or refund rights.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Contact us promptly about cancellations, incorrect items, defects or missing items. Do not send a return to the manufacturer or shipping label address without instructions. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return programme unless stated in a specific offer. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Personal information
Order information is used to process payment, fulfil delivery and provide customer support. Information necessary to deliver the order is shared with relevant payment and fulfilment providers. Do not send payment card details by email. A separate privacy policy explains the store’s data practices.
Consumer rights and updates
These terms do not exclude or limit any warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The law applicable to your purchase continues to protect you. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the terms of an existing order without your agreement.
